If you have a new toner collection unit already, you should follow the instructions to replace the full unit inside the machine.
If you have not ordered a new toner collection unit or you are unsure of whether there is a toner collection unit on its way you can also check by calling consumables:

How to continue printing if you get this message*:
*note: if the collection unit is completely full this may not work
1. Open the front door of the machine and remove the current toner collection unit.
2. Carefully (ensuring not to spill any toner) tap the toner collection unit on the open door to level out the toner inside.
3. Place the toner collection unit back inside the machine and close the front door.
